The Real Reason I Started To The Top! Studios (And How It Changed my Life)

From One Client to Twenty (and Plotting My Feature Film in Between)

It’s a weird feeling putting something vulnerable out there on social media. But here we go…

Some people know me from my radio days.

Some from acting.

Some from way back in the day when my fashion choices should have been illegal.

But if you really know me, you know I’ve been making little movies since I was a kid.

And the truth is, I never stopped — the movies just got bigger, the cameras got fancier, and somehow I now run a full-blown production studio.

When I started To The Top! Studios, my only client was DeLand Boxing.

Then came Famous Faces & Funnies. Then Drain Doctor. And it just kept snowballing.

Fast forward a little over a year, and I’m now working with over 20 amazing clients — and growing.

Why did I build this business?

Because I realized two things:

1. If I ever wanted to make my dream project — The Witchmasters General, a giant, cinematic, sword-swinging feature film — I needed to sharpen my directing sword and level up my production game.

   
   

   

2. No small business can afford to advertise without getting something real in return. I wanted to create a company where sponsors and clients weren’t just paying for ads — they were getting actual value through production, consultation, and creative storytelling.

   
   

Then I watched Idea Man, the documentary about Jim Henson, and it clicked.

I could use my years of acting, directing, and producing experience not just for my own work, but to help others bring their stories to life.

With each sponsor, I didn’t just slap their name on my show — I gave them professional production and real marketing strategies. That’s how To The Top! Studios grew into what it is now.

And the beautiful part? This business allows me to do everything I love.

• I still host The To The Top Show every Friday on my channel — exactly how I want it, without having to bow down to sponsors I don’t even know.

• I get to act — recently in films that have taken me on the road.

• I get to create cinematic stories for businesses, brands, and artists.

At the core, it’s all the same thing: telling a story.

Whether I’m acting in a scene, creating a commercial for a small business, producing my own show, or working on my feature film — it’s all storytelling.

And when I work with a client, I see them as a true partner.
